We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays & Weekends).
UK Shipping

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
MAISSÉ is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
MAISSÉ cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at as@maisse.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
